- 16 oz. Grey Goose Le Citron 16
- 32 oz. lemonade
- 12 raspberries
- 1 c. sugar
Garnish: lemon slices and raspberries
Muddle raspberries and sugar in a punch bowl or pitcher. Add remaining ingredients and stir gently. Garnish with lemon slices and raspberries.
2. SUMMER PUNCH
- 3 c. Effen Vodka
- 1½ c. DeKuyper Watermelon Pucker Schnapps
- 2 c. lemon juice
- 2 c. simple syrup
Garnish: watermelon chunks

- 1 L. Maker’s Mark Bourbon
- 1 c. sugar

Muddle sugar and citrus peels in a punch bowl or pitcher until sugar starts to clump together. Add juice, tea, and bourbon. Stir gently and top with champagne.

- 1 750 mL. bottle of Tito’s Handmade Vodka
- 12¾ oz. limoncello
- 8½ oz. simple syrup
- 8½ oz. lime juice
- 1 Pt. strawberries

- 1 grapefruit chunks

- 24 oz. club soda
- 6 limes, juiced

- Mint leaves
Combine ingredients in a punch bowl or pitcher and stir gently.

- 9 oz. Jose Cuervo Tequila Silver
- 1 c. aloe vera juice
- 1 c. lemon juice
- 1 c. lime juice
- 1 c. simple syrup
- ½ c. orange juice

- 2 oz. Appleton Estate Reserve Strawberry
- ½ oz. lemon juice
- ¾ oz. ginger ale
Garnish: strawberry
Muddle strawberry in a cocktail shaker. Add remaining ingredients. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass filled with ice.
18. PINEAPPLE PUNCH
- 1 watermelon slice
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 oz. pineapple juice
- 2½ oz. Ecco Domani Pinot Grigio
Garnish: watermelon slice
Muddle watermelon with sugar in a cocktail shaker. Add pineapple juice and pinot grigio. Add ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass. Garnish with a watermelon slice.
19. COOL MELON MINT
- ¾ c. Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Sweet White
- ¼ c. elderflower cordial
- ½ honeydew melon, cut into small cubes
- 1 c. crushed ice
- Seltzer water
Combine melon and elderflower cordial in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add wine and ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with seltzer water.
20. GRAPEFRUIT FIZZ
- 1½ oz. KAPPA Pisco
- 3 oz. grapefruit juice
- 1 oz. lemon lime soda
Garnish: lime wedge
Pour pisco and grapefruit juice into a glass filled with ice. Top with soda and garnish with a lime wedge.
